Terms of Service

1. The service

SongbookFlow connects to streaming platforms you authorize (Spotify, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Apple Music), matches your playlist tracks to tabs and chords on third-party sites (CifraClub, Cifras.com, Ultimate Guitar, Songsterr), and organizes the results into songbooks inside the app.

2. Accounts & plans

The Free plan includes 2 songbook conversions per month, up to 25 tracks per playlist. The Pro plan removes those limits and adds priority matching, batch review, offline access, and no ads, billed monthly or annually through the App Store or Google Play.

You can cancel a Pro subscription any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't offer partial refunds for unused time.

3. Third-party content

Tabs, chords, and lyrics shown or linked from SongbookFlow belong to their respective sites and rightsholders — we don't host or author that content, and we can't guarantee its accuracy or availability. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms.

4. Acceptable use

Use SongbookFlow for personal, non-commercial songbook conversion. Don't attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent rate limits on the app or the third-party services it connects to, and don't use it to violate another service's terms.

5. Disclaimers & liability

SongbookFlow is provided "as is." Matching quality depends on third-party catalogs we don't control, so we don't guarantee every track will find a match. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept the update. We'll flag material changes in the app.
